Nicholas Bradley Meriwether

Mark Andrews - December 05, 2018
Nicky, Rhonda, Kasey, Vanessa, all - so saddened to learn of Bradley's passing. My sincerest condolences to you. So many wonderful memories of camp outs and hikes...of watching him invest himself into the lives of our sons and other great kids...of his gentle humor. Bradley, you will never, ever, be forgotten.

James "Baron" Heimlich - November 20, 2018
I cannot begin to express how honored I was to be Bradley’s friend. I met him while we worked at Ransburg Scout Reservation together and we immediately became friends. We spent a lot of time goofing around, joking, and as he would have said “and stuff.” Man, I miss the way he would say that. It always made me laugh. Outside of summer camp, we called each other and emailed but as the years went on and when he no longer worked at camp, we unfortunately lost touch. I would like the family to know that Bradley was such an amazing person who made such a positive and lasting impact on so much. At camp he was part of the Ransburg staff family. He effortlessly instructed merit badges and the scouts really like and enjoyed his classes. He was equally diligent about the animals in his care at the Ranch. Bradley was a hard worker but made the work better through his humor and silliness. There where times that he would state that he didn’t feel that he was that important, but he had so much value and worth. He made such a positive impact on so many at Ransburg. In my own life, he was like a little brother. I will miss him greatly. I wish I could be in person to relate to the family how special he was and tell them of all the fun and ridiculous things we did at Ransburg. I grieve with all those who know how amazing Bradley was and feel this tremendous loss.

My Brother in Christ, May the Lord support us all the day long till the Shades lengthen, and the evening comes, and the busy world is hushed, and the fever of life is over, and our work is done. Then in his mercy may he give us a safe lodging and a holy rest, and peace at last. Amen

Extremely saddened to learn of the passing of Nick. I worked with him at Wishard/IEMS for years and went through parts of the paramedic program together. His unique humor and ability to find the funny in any situation is what drew me to him the most. He will he missed.

So very sorry for your loss. I was fortunate to work with him at Ransburg Scout Camp and occasionally got to see him when he was working IEMS. He was a good man, and will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with him, on occasion, when we were both with IEMS. Later I would see him periodically in the ED at Community East. He was one of my favorite people to work with and I wish that I would have stayed in better touch with him over the last few years. Some of my favorite memories in EMS were when the two of us had the good fortune to work together. He will be very missed.

Gone Away By:Diana Blokzyl An Angel whispered, "Take my hand and come with me; your work here is done." I went away to a place where there's no tears nor sorrow, only laughter and smiles. There will always be a tomorrow. As I move amongst the clouds. I'll look down and smile upon you, while the angels sing a heavenly song. I am not alone. All who went before are here; they awaited my return. I know you'll grieve and wish I was still here. I am here in the memories you hold dear. Remember how much I love you, and know I took your love with me. I did not wish for you to cry nor feel sad. My pain is gone and I am free! Soon you'll come to me. Until then, God will be with you Just as He's with me.
